Have you felt exhausted, bored, frustrated, like a fraud, or really really REALLY cranky when you think about work?
To quote Tina Fey: “Blerg.”
Sometimes you feel like if only a small thing changed you’d be happier a work.
Sometimes you feel like you need an entire new life to be happy at work.
Either way, you are in the right place.
Your career needs….something. You know it’s out there, but it’s just beyond your reach. And the meantime you have too many ideas (or not enough), and when you think about doing something about it you tend to end up with a glass of wine in one hand and the tv remote in the other.
But it doesn’t have to be this way! Trust a former principal consultant who had nightsweats worried that I’d wake up in 20 years still in the same job, still feeling lost, still stuck on the DC metro. Except less well-dressed and with even worse hair.
There is something different for you.
Join the Revolution
Revolution means radical change. But it also means getting back to the foundation, the thing that matters most to you in your work. Not the job you should have (that other people tell you to want) or the job that you do have (that somehow feels like a weight around your neck), but the thing that you really want to do. A promotion, a new job, or a new career, this revolution is about making some big or small changes in your career so that you are happier.
Happy:
1. Feeling or showing pleasure or contentment
2. Having a sense of confidence in self or satisfaction (with person, arrangement, or a situation).
It’s the mission of the Revolutionary Club to help you create your own personal career happiness revolution, so that you feel confident, content, satisfied, and AMAZING in your work. AMAZING! *giant hand gestures* We do this through private coaching, group revolutions, or a simple assessment. It’s all covered here.
